There’s a notion out there that training young athletes—especially students—is a one-size-fits-all situation. What works for a basketball player will work for a football player, etc. But it doesn’t take much to recognize that this just isn’t true.

Each sport has a unique set of movements and mechanics that define it. Specializing in these movements off the field improve your game on the field substantially. In the same way, each athlete has a different body, with different needs in becoming the strongest, fastest, and most resilient it can be.
